Roman Reigns debuted on the main roster with his Shield brothers November 18th, 2012, at the Survivor Series pay-per-view. Roman has held the WWE Intercontinental championship, WWE TagTeam titles, WWE US championship, WWE championship, WWE Universal championship, and the WWE Undisputed Universal championship. Roman Reigns won the WWE Universal championship for the second time on August 30th, 2020, at the WWE PayBack pay-per-view. Roman defeated the Fiend Bray Wyatt, and the Monster of all men Braun Strowman. Roman won the WWE Championship for the fourth time at WrestleMania 38 April 3rd, 2022. Roman defeated the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. Roman Reigns then Unified the WWE championship, and the WWE Universal championship, then creating the WWE Undisputed Universal championship. Roman held the WWE Undisputed Universal championship for 1,316 days. The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes was the one to defeat the Head of the Table Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 April 7th, 2024. The very first time Roman held the WWE Universal championship Roman Reigns had to relinquish it because he got Leukemia for the second time in his life.

Roman has been a member of two teams, the Shield, and the Bloodline. Roman started to for the team the Bloodline back in 2020. The members of the Bloodline were Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, the wise man Paul Heyman, Solo Sequoia, and the honorary Uce Sami Zayn.

Roman was a part of the Shield. The three members of the Shield were Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins. Those three men were the Shield, unless you count the ornery member Kurt Angle when he joined the Shield back in 2017 for one night only. The Shield made their WWE debut November 18th, 2012, at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

The only other team Roman has been a part of is the Bloodline; which he started in 2021.
